Frequently Asked Questions

In order to get your child into an offering, you must first send an email. In the email, be sure to specify the following information:

) CHILD(REN)'S NAME

2) CHILD'S CURRENT GRADE

3) SEASON AND NAME OF ACTIVITY (i.e., Fall Flag)

PLEASE NOTE, FOR BASKETBALL AND FLAG OFFERINGS, HERE ARE THE GENERAL GRADE DIVISIONS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE, WITH COACH HAVING THE FINAL DECISION):

STARTERS (Grades K-2nd*)

JUNIORS (Grades 3rd-5th*)

SENIORS (Grades 6th-8th/9th*)

*Coach's reserves the right to allow players to play "up" or "stay"  based on a variety of factors, from league numbers to the skill level of the individual.

 REGISTRATION ORDER FOR 2024:

(IMPORTANT: Requests made before your specified time will not be considered or placed in queue)
1) Starting Jan. 1st: ONLY  Seniors who played Fall League in 2023 who want to rejoin our Senior Fall Flag League again in 2024*
2) Starting Jan. 15th: ONLY Juniors or Starters who played Fall League in 2023 who want to play Fall Flag League again in 2024*
3) Starting Jan. 22nd: Anyone who played anything in any season can now sign up for anything in Spring/Summer/Fall 2024*
4) Starting Feb 1st: Any new players may send requests for any remaining slots in Spring/Summer/Fall 2024
*Once it's your specified time, you may sign up any family member for anything we offer in Spring/Summer/Fall, not solely Fall League.

Here is what we plan to offer  at our annual registration in January:
-Spring Flag Football 

-Spring Soccer (ages 5-9)
-Summer Nights Basketball (July and August sessions!)
-Summer Flag Clinics
-Summer Basketball Clinics
-Fall Flag League

5) Starting in the summer, WINTER BALL sign-ups begin for RETURNING PLAYERS ONLY.

6) Starting Sept. 1st, new players may request any REMAINING SPACES (if any).
**we will also offer Spring Flag and Basketball 3v3 tournaments, with those special sign-ups being announced later in that season - stay tuned!)
**January is also time for VIPs to rejoin! VIP openings are limited, but by mid-January I will be accepting some new VIPs for those interested!

Your child is not in until all  three of these things have happened:

1)  You have received a confirmation email acknowledging your request and that there is still space available

2) You have completed a waiver for the current calendar year for that particular child

3) You have paid the PayPal invoice* that has been sent

*PLEASE NOTE, PAYPAL INVOICES ARE DUE UPON REQUEST. IF NOT PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE INVOICE AND DROP THE HOLD WE PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD.  YOU MAY REQUEST MONTHLY PAYMENTS INSTEAD OF THE ENTIRE BALANCE. ASL ALWAYS, PLEASE EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.  

Coach John VIP Families always get priority registration (please ask about VIP status if interested).

Also, for activities that frequently max-out, returning players are always given first shot to reclaim a slot for the upcoming season. After VIPs  and returning players have had a chance to enroll, any remaining slots are offered to new players. 

Typical registration timeline:

JANUARY: Returning players ONLY may sign up for Spring, Summer and Fall activities. 

The following activities are typically offered as follows:

-SPRING FLAG FOOTBALL (K-8TH) AND SPRING SOCCER (AGES 5-7)

-SUMMER NIGHTS BASKETBALL AND SUMMER BASKETBALL CLINICS

-SUMMER FLAG CLINICS

-FALL FLAG LEAGUES

FEBRUARY: new players may sing up for any remaining Spring, Summer and Fall activities.

JULY: returning players ONLY  may sign up for Winter Basketball League.

SEPTEMBER: new players may sign up for any remaining Winter Ball openings. 

PAYMENT POLICIES AND INFORMATION:

-Prices listed are effective January 2024 and are subject to change.

-VIPs get 10% off of every registration!

-Central Congo members get 50% off basketball registrations

-Lakeville Church of the Nazarene members get 50% off flag registrations

-Payment (through PayPal) is due at the time of request, and any invoice that remains unpaid after 48 hours is subject  to cancellation and the requested slot(s) released.

-For any invoice over $100, you may choose to make interest-free monthly payments instead!

Registration fees for 2024:

-Feb Vaca Ball:  $60 

-Spring Soocer (Starters $90; Preschool JUST $70 FOR A LIMITED TIME!)

-Spring Flag (all levels): $120

-Summer Flag Clinics (all levels): $120

-Summer Nights Basketball (July and August sessions for Juniors/Seniors):

July OR Aug SNB: $90 per session

-Summer Basketball Clinics (all levels): $110

-Fall Flag Leagues (all levels): $170

-WINTER BALL (all levels): $170
