 REGISTRATION ORDER FOR 2026:

(IMPORTANT: Requests made before your specified time will not be considered or placed in queue)
1) Starting Jan. 1st: Anyone who played in 2025 may register for any Spring, Summer or Fall offerings
2) Starting Feb 1st: Any new players may send requests for any remaining slots in Spring/Summer/Fall

Here is what we plan to offer  at our annual registration in January:
-Spring Flag Football Keague (Seniors/Jrs)

-Spring After School Starter Flag (Starters)

-Spring Soccer (ages 6-10)
-Summer Nights Basketball (July and August sessions!)
-Summer Flag Clinics
-Summer Basketball Clinics
-Fall Flag League (Seniors/Juniors)

-Fall After School Starter Flag

3) Starting in the summer, WINTER BALL sign-ups begin for RETURNING PLAYERS ONLY.

4) Starting August 15th, new players may request any REMAINING SPACES (if any).
**we will also offer Spring Flag and Basketball 3v3 tournaments, with those special sign-ups being announced later in that season - stay tuned!)
**January is also time for VIPs to rejoin! VIP openings are limited, so email today if you want in.

In order to get your child into an offering, you must first send an email. In the email, be sure to specify the following information:

) CHILD(REN)'S NAME

2) CHILD'S CURRENT GRADE

3) SEASON AND LEVEL/NAME OF ACTIVITY (i.e., Fall Junior Flag)

PLEASE NOTE, FOR BASKETBALL AND FLAG OFFERINGS, HERE ARE THE GENERAL GRADE DIVISIONS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE, WITH COACH HAVING THE FINAL DECISION):

STARTERS (Grades K-2nd*)

JUNIORS (Grades 3rd-5th*)

SENIORS (Grades 6th-8th/9th*)

*Coach reserves the right to allow players to play "up" or "stay"  based on a variety of factors, from league numbers to the skill level of the individual.

Your child is not in until all  three of these things have happened:

1)  You have received a confirmation email acknowledging your request and that there is still space available

2) You have completed a waiver for the current calendar year for that particular child

3) AND you have paid the PayPal invoice* that has been sent

*PLEASE NOTE, PAYPAL INVOICES ARE DUE UPON REQUEST. IF NOT PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE INVOICE AND DROP THE HOLD WE PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD.  YOU MAY REQUEST MONTHLY PAYMENTS INSTEAD OF THE ENTIRE BALANCE. ASL ALWAYS, PLEASE EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.  

PAYMENT POLICIES AND INFORMATION:

-VIPs get 10% off of every registration, plus special offers at other times

-Central Congo members get 50% off  basketball registrations!

-Lakeville Church of the Nazarene members get 50% off flag registrations!

-Payment (through PayPal) is due at the time of request, and any invoice that remains unpaid after 48 hours is subject  to cancellation and the requested slot(s) released.

-For any invoice over $200, you may choose to make interest-free monthly payments instead!

Registration fees for 2026:

-VIP (renewal or initial) minimum donation: $100

-Spring Soccer (ages 6 to 9+) $95

-Spring Flag League (Seniors/Jrs): $135

-Spring After School Starter FLAG: $110

-Summer Flag Clinics (all levels): $125

-Summer Nights Basketball (July and August sessions for Juniors/Seniors):

July OR Aug SNB: $110 per session; (save $30 when you register for both)

-Summer Basketball Clinics (all levels): $120

-Fall Flag Leagues (all levels): $195

-WINTER BALL (all levels): $190

SPECIAL FLAG TRIPLE PLAY DISCOUNT - $50 off when you join all three at once!

-PayPal invoice fee: $8

Coach John VIP Families always get priority registration (please ask about VIP status if interested).

Also, for activities that frequently max-out, returning players are always given first shot to reclaim a slot for the upcoming season. After VIPs  and returning players have had a chance to enroll, any remaining slots are offered to new players.
